This ceremonial wedding blanket center piece is woven in three "panels" of naga (mythical river serpent) and giant spirit (fierce and protective spirit) patterns, creating a striking visual impact. The black background in a perfect base for displaying the natural, coral, navy, yellow, marigold, and light sage pattern. Its tassels are "flowers" made from silk worm cocoons trimmed to resemble a flower petal and turned inside out for placement with long silk "stamen." Note: dimensions do not include tassels. Comes with the photo of the master dyer and designer of this piece.
